Shipping & Delivery Policy

Most of our products are made to order and require 7-10 days for preparation, except for items that are readily available in stock. Since we collaborate directly with local artisans who produce in limited quantities, additional time is needed to craft each piece with care.

We partner with shipping services as Blue Dart for domestic deliveries within India. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification with the tracking details/AWB number for easy monitoring.

Important Information:

• Estimated Delivery Time: Orders will be delivered within India generally 5-7 working days, subject to customs clearance. In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

• You can track your order using the tracking ID or link sent to your registered email.
